When you access the CMMC Simulator or download resources, we collect your email address and the source of your request. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or other personal information through our email gate.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide access to Cubelet AI products and simulators
• To send occasional product updates and compliance training resources
• To understand aggregate usage patterns (we do not track individual behavior)

Data Storage & Security

Your email is stored securely in an encrypted database. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.

Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Deletion: Request that we delete your data at any time
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from communications using the link in any email

Cookies

We use a single functional cookie (cubelet_gate) to remember that you have already accessed the simulator, so you are not asked for your email again. This cookie expires after 90 days. We use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track personal data.
